Kelly Whitney

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and currently resides in Middletown, DE with her husband and three children.  She joined the Baltimore branch of Prosperity Mortgage in April of 2008 as a mortgage consultant. Her office  is conveniently located inside the Bear, DE  branch of Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc.

She brings with her over 6 years of mortgage banking experience.  In addition to working as a loan officer, she has also worked as a mortgage processor and a settlement agent. 

Kelly attributes her success in the mortgage industry to her ability to listen to the needs of her clients and find the appropriate program to fit those needs.  She enjoys working with the best agents in the business at Long and Foster and is looking forward to assisting you with the purchase of your new home.
